Veggies. You know you're supposed to eat them, but that doesn't always make them fun. Yeah, you could sit down and munch on a salad every day, but that's not the only way. Here are eight ideas to help you get a little more veg into your day without breaking your stride.

Make Some Soup: Soup is comforting, nutritious, and the perfect way to load up on vegetables. Try adding more vegetables to an old favorite recipe, like chicken noodle or minestrone. Or explore the world of pureed vegetable soups. Try cauliflower, butternut squash, carrot, or pumpkin soup. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination (and the strength of your blender).

Add a Kebab: Veggie kebabs make for a simple (and tasty) side to grilled meals. Just stick a few pieces of pepper, onion, mushroom, and tomato on a skewer, grill alongside your main course, and enjoy.
